The moonwalks are roughly 15x15x14 (lenght/width/heigth) An area of 26x17x16 is suggested for safe operation.

will not setup in snow, rain, high wind, or muddy conditions. It is recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event. Once the equipment is in place rental begins, reguardless of weather conditions no refunds will be given.

Yes! We will bring a 50
or 100 foot extension cord with us to set up so the power source should be
near set up area. The blower runs continuosly and uses about as much as your
blow dryer! Advertising & Event Solutions can bring out portable power if needed at an extra charge.

The path to the set up area should be comfortable enough for a person to walk through. Your set up person will appreciate everthing you can do to make it as easy as possible to transport the moonwalk to your site!!!!!!!!!!

does not allow for this. Saftey is paramount and proper setup is necessary. Set up is included in the rental. We do all the work for you!!!

Actually it stays very comfortable inside the equipment. The moonwalks lose air with every bounce (that is what makes them bouncy, the loss and refilling of air!) so it always feels breezy and cool inside. Our moonwalks have a roof that shades the play area as well.

Yes. Typically, we will place the entrance of the moonwalk at the top of any slope.

Typically, anyplace where there is power(115
vac 20amps) within 100ft, and where they can be safely
setup and operated. i.e. any reasonably level surface out of the main line of traffic, parking lots, flat roofs and ect.
